No. There is no curriculum, no cohort, and no video library. Every session starts from your role, your tools, and the work in front of you this week.

No, and you do not need to prepare. A short intake form before the first session is the whole of it. We work with people at every level of technical comfort.

In software it means an engineer who embeds inside another organization, learns how the work actually happens, and builds the system into that work rather than handing over a tool. The AI industry has spent billions hiring them this year. Almost nobody does it for an individual. That is the idea we borrowed: one person who learns how you work and builds AI into it with you. We use the phrase as an explanation, not as a job title on a page.

No. There is no retainer and no minimum. Most people start with one session and decide afterward.

Something working. After a first session that is a written roadmap plus one workflow set up in your own accounts. After each coaching session it is one more working workflow. If you leave with notes and nothing running, we did it wrong.

Coaching is $350 per hour, and new clients start at $250 per hour. Small group workshops are $1,500 per 3-hour session for up to 8 people. Organizational work is scoped, with a written estimate before anything starts.

It depends on the problem, and often the answer is not a chatbot at all. Most business problems, including forecasting, classification, and pulling data out of documents, are handled better, cheaper, and faster by a specialist model than by a language model. No to both. We do not resell anything and we have no referral arrangements. Sometimes the right answer is a free tool, and sometimes it is no tool.

Yes. Most useful work starts by connecting or improving what is already in use, not by replacing it.

You do. It lives in your accounts, on infrastructure you control. When the engagement ends, nothing switches off and nothing has to be renewed.
